A few years ago, it was my privilege to present a Webinar with Harrie Samaras, on Arbitrating Patent Disputes - The Final Phases.  Harrie is a leading arbitrator and mediator for Intellectual Property, Tech, and Commercial disputes.  The Webinar was recorded and is available to watch.
