I’m happy to announce that after a Covid-required delay, this course is coming on June 8 - 9, 2023!

“Save-the-Date” for the Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course – a two-day comprehensive training in IP/Tech ADR advocacy skills designed for experienced counsel. The course will be held June 8 to 9, 2023 at Paul Brest Hall on the Stanford Law School campus at Stanford, California.  I’ll be presenting along with a group of highly skilled mediators and arbitrators from around the country.
